DYEABLE SHOE COMPANY, features the newest and latest styles of dyeable,
lucite, prom, evening, and children's shoes.
WE HAVE A 30 DAY NO QUESTIONS
ASKED 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. Our return policy we feel is very fair, but we
have specific rules that you have to adhere to. We will gladly issue a refund
for anything that is returned to us within 30 days. Please enclose a copy of
your order so that we might issue the proper credit.
Returned orders have a
HANDLING CHARGE of $5.00 or 10% which ever is greater. Shoes are shipped direct from the factory, they will not accept any
returns. After 30 days all sales are final, and we will not refund or exchange
any shoes. Any shoes that we receive after the 30 days will be subject to a
minimum handling charge of $25.00 depending on the number of pairs returned.
The following are conditions for which we will or will not accept shoes for
refund.
(a) Worn shoes are not returnable. When trying shoes do so on a carpet and
wear stockings. Soles that are scuffed are not returnable.
(b) The shoes must be returned exactly the same way they were received. This
means the shoes must have all the tissue paper, and they must be in the plastic
bags. It's best to save the shipping box you received them in to use for your
return if necessary. Do not ship back to the return address on the box.
Do not use the shoebox itself as the outside container or tape anything to the
box. Failure to return shoes back in the proper new condition will result in a
20% service charge.
(c) Shoes and evening bags if they have been dyed are not returnable.
(d) All tags must be attached to evening bags to be returned for a refund, and
were not used.
(e) Shoes that have been decorated are not returnable. Apply the decoration
after you are positive you are going to keep them. This can be done easily with
a glue gun.
(f) Shipping charges are not refundable. It is your responsibility for the cost
of shipping shoes back. We suggest using insured mail or UPS. We are not
responsible for anything lost in shipping.
(g) Shipments that are refused by buyer will be assessed minimum of $25.00;
outside the United States minimum of $50.00 depending on the return charges that
we are assessed by the freight carrier.
(h) Shoes must be returned to the address listed below. Do not ship anything
back to the manufacturer. You will not receive a refund.
